Transport Canada (TC) requires consulting services with expertise in data strategy, governance, operational data management, data quality, and Lean Six Sigma.In order to support the current and near-term critical national transportation issues and to build the data management foundation quickly. TC is currently well positioned to increase its data and analytics maturity at both the strategic and operational levels. The department is therefore looking for a pre-defined framework that provides concrete guidance on how to increase its maturity at the DCAM sub-capability level. The requirement at the strategic level is to identify gaps and priorities on compliance to GC policies, directives, standards, and define the governance of the data and analytics program. The requirement at the unit level is to understand the operational data management/stewardship activities that need to be established to reduce data risks.
