Seuls les soumissionnaires ayant obtenu le cahier des charges directement du système d’appel d’offres SEAO sont admis à soumissionner. Ces documents sont disponibles dès maintenant. De plus, seuls les entrepreneurs ayant un établissement au Québec sont autorisés à soumissionner et ceux visés par les accords de libéralisation des marchés publics applicables en fonction des seuils. Pour tout renseignement additionnel, le soumissionnaire devra communiquer, par écrit seulement, avec la soussignée, à l’adresse courriel suivante : deslongchampsn@mrclassomption.qc.ca et les demandes d’informations écrites devront être transmises au plus tard le 22 mai 2026, à midi (12 heures).
