Les documents de soumission pourront être obtenus à compter du mercredi 10 décembre 2025 sur le Système électronique d’appel d’offres du gouvernement du Québec, conformément aux coûts et modalités indiqués sur le site Internet du SEAO à l’adresse suivante : www.seao.gouv.qc.ca. Notez que cet appel d’offres est assujetti aux accords suivants : Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC) et l’Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO).
