Tree-Mendous Tree Tree Diaper Watering Devices (No Substitutes)

The City of Tampa Parks and Recreation department is soliciting quotes for the procurement of 400 self-recharging Tree Diaper Watering Devices to support newly planted trees. This solicitation, identified as 26-P-00573, explicitly prohibits product substitutions. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with the City reserving the right to award by aggregate total, division, or line item.
