This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purpose of awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles (in accordance with FAR 16.504(c)(1)(i)) to meet the Tree Service, Brushing, and Vista Clearing requirements for the parks supported by Southeast Region MABO North. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561730; the size standard is $7.0 million. The Government intends to award three (3) to five (5) IDIQ contracts based on the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13¿Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. Description: The work of this contract consists of Tree Service, Brushing, and Vista Clearing requirements for the parks supported by Southeast Region MABO North. These parks include Great Smoky Mountain National Park (Tennessee/North Carolina), Blue Ridge Parkway (North Carolina/Virginia), Carl Sandberg Home (North Carolina), Big South Fork (Tennessee), Cumberland Gap (Kentucky/Virginia/Tennessee) and Andrew Johnson Historic Site (Tennessee).
