Full Description

The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Profession Code, Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a small outdoor commercial cannabis license. Project Activities: The Project will consist of up to 10,000 sf of new outdoor mature cannabis canopy cultivation, 200 sf of immature canopy, and 905 sf of associated support structures. The project spans 2 parcels zoned Unclassified with general plan designation for Rural Residential. Water for the Project would be provided from an onsite well on 330 Sunset Road. Domestic wastewater will be treated via a permitted septic system also on 330 Sunset Road. Power for the Project site is provided through a gas generator. Access to the Project site would be via a private road.
