Trijicon RMR Optics

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is set to procure Trijicon RMR® HD 55 MOA Adjustable LED Reticle with a 3.25 MOA Red Dot specifically designed for Glock 19 duty pistols designated as pool guns. These RMR optics will be installed on Glock pistols that are replacing the current pool guns at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), as the existing weapons are nearing their 10,000 round service limit and will soon be unserviceable. The contract utilizes an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) blanket purchase agreement to facilitate the acquisition of these optics. This acquisition supports the wider transition within the agency from SIG P320 duty weapons to Glock firearms, aimed at standardizing the equipment issued to new hires in Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and Enforcement Removal Operations (ERO) participating in law enforcement training at FLETC. The contract’s place of performance is Ft. Benning, Georgia, and the procurement effort is managed by ICE under the Department of Homeland Security.
