This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-08-Q0609 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 561730 and small business size standard $6.5 million (v) CLIN 1: Trim/Lift Mesquite and Palo Verde trees located throughout Davis-Monthan AFB. Work shall follow industry standards of 8 foot height around sidewalks, 14 feet over roads/parking lots, and 3 feet away from buildings. All contractor generated debris will be removed same day from base using contractor provided transport.
