The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) intends to issue on a sole source basis, an award to Kelvin International for the acquisition of a Liquid Nitrogen Generator System, storage tanks (dewars), and all related accessories. Kelvin International Corporation is best suited to meet the requirements of the TSL for this purchase request. Based on a review of specification sheets from a variety of manufacturers who supply similar systems, the combination of air cooling, automatic filling, adjustable pressure rate, and production rate to meet TSL's technical requirements has only been found with the Kelvin International Corporation product.
