The Corporate Services Finance Branch (CSFB) requires a contractor to provide both individual and group coaching sessions to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) executive employees at the Director and Director General level to enhance and strengthen and develop their leadership skills in the federal Comptrollership Community, specifically in the following sectors;
• Financial Community; and
• Acquired Services and Asset Communities which includes Procurement, Material Management, Real Property and Project Management.
The executive employees will acquire significant expertise after the completion of their sessions in problem-solving and critical thinking, adaptability and flexibility, leadership and management skills, time management and organizational skills, work ethic and professionalism
