The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) Canada requires the services of Evaluation Services Consultants and a Subject Matter Expert to undertake an evaluation of the Weapons Threat Reduction Program (WTRP), formerly known as the Global Partnership Program. The WTRP is Canada’s flagship contribution to the G7-led, 31-member Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction. The evaluation will examine the ongoing relevance and performance of the WTRP and identify areas for improvement. The evaluation is being conducted to meet the requirements of the Treasury Board Policy on Results and section 42.1 of the Financial Administration Act.
