The purpose of the evaluation is to provide the Research Partnership Program (RPP) leadership and others responsible for the Connection Grant (CG) funding opportunity (FO) with credible evidence to inform potential improvements to this FO. The evaluation is intended to examine CG’s relevance and outcomes within the current environment and provide recommendations for ways that program management can improve CG’s relevance and outcomes. The evaluation is being conducted per the requirements of the Treasury Board Policy on Results and section 42.1 of the Financial Administration Act (FAA).
