The Chancellery of Honours within the OSGG requires consulting services to review and analyze the current business processes relating to the nomination of individuals for the Order of Canada and the subsequent processes, from research to presentation to advisory bodies. Through this analysis, the Contractor must identify inefficiencies and recommend efficiencies to assist program teams in theireffort to reduce the length of time between submission of a nomination to presentation of biographies to advisory bodies.No services or similar services are currently being or have been performed.
