Full Description

As part of its goal to reduce its Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, the National Research Council Canada (NRC) has committed to reducing its infrastructure footprint by 20 percent by 2030. One step being taken is to consolidate most NCR-based common services into a single building (M-55) and dispose of residual underused buildings. The objective of the change management plan and communications strategy is to establish a process that will engage and inform NRC employees of: who will be impacted; anticipated design, construction, moving and move-in schedules; how employees/leadership will be engaged in the planning and implementation of the project; and finally, how everyone will be kept informed of progress.
