TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.
This requirement is for: National Defence
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 2 (= >$3.75M) and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following category(ies):
Stream: Project Management Services
Category: 3.3 Project Leader/Executive
Level: Senior
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.
All suppliers qualified within the Project Leader/Executive category have been invited.
Description of the Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND)/Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), Directorate of Air Simulation and Training (DAST)/Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) program requires Project Leader/Executive support to implement its transition and in-service support from the previous Contracted Flight Training Services (CFTS) and NATO Flying Training Centre (NFTC) programs.
To ensure that the FAcT Program has timely and dedicated expertise to complete necessary and specialized work, DAST requires the services of two (2) Project Leaders/Executives. The resources must provide advice, recommendations, planning and policy support in the area of implementation of Performance-Based contracts within the Government of Canada, airworthiness policies, Ground Based Training Systems design and In-Service Support.
