Full Description

The NRC is seeking senior level professional business services to assist with the design, planning and development of business cases to support the creation and application of alternative organizational models. The business cases to be developed will be used to consult both internal and external stakeholders, seek funding support and delegated authorities as required in order for the NRC to effectively implement/pilot the organizational models. Information from the business cases will also be leveraged to inform the strategic plans and priorities of the research centers, as well as develop information packages for consultations purposes.The contracted professional services are required over the months of February 2023 to June 2024, to provide NRC leadership and project management teams with high level support to effectively manage organizational and related process changesThe Contractor will be working alongside NRC staff in the development of the business case. The NRC will be the owner the business case and will determine the final messaging and recommendations put forward within the document.
