Prairies Economic Development Canada (PrairiesCan) is seeking the services of a Business Process Consultant to conduct an objective and in-depth review of the effectiveness and efficiency of PrairiesCan’s delivery model (G&Cs delivery, policy, and financial management), and the associated processes, systems, and functions. The Contractor will assess the alignment and/or duplication of various business functions at the corporate and regional levels to ensure that the department’s programs and services are being delivered in an effective manner. The work will encompass all processes, systems, and business functions within the department, regardless of reporting structure and location.
