The Public Health Agency of Canada requires the services of a Contractor to plan, implement, and analyze the results, of the online Community Action Program for Children (CAPC) and Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) participant surveys. The primary purpose of this contract is to develop a feasible process for collecting participant level data using an online data collection platform. The contractor will be required to assess and select an available online data collection platform, develop the data collection methodology and procedures along with promotional materials, and host the survey for a one to two month period. This will be followed by data analysis and the development of data tables.
The period of any resulting contract will be from Contract Award to August 30, 2024 inclusive.
