Nature of Requirements: Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)
This requirement is open only to those Task and solutions professional services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement Holders who
qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:
7.2 Learning Designers, Level 3
7.9 Graphic Designer, Level 2
Description of Work:
The Assistant Deputy Minister (Materiel), Directorate Material Group Management (DMGMC) has a recurring
requirement is for the provision of two (2) Senior Learning Designers, and one (1) Intermediate Graphic Designer to
develop and update course content, and courseware assets specific to Procurement & Contracting using the
methodology, tools and the templates provided by DND.
