Remove and replace roof systems in-kind. Project will include replacing approximately 7,000 square feet of flat roofing, (7) seven awning roofs and (7) seven 10-foot downspouts. The project will make repairs as needed to approximately 12,500 square feet of barrel roof. The roof systems are located on the Hangar One. This work will be accomplished by contract. The roofs are nearly 20 years old and deteriorating rapidly. The project will prevent water intrusion from causing damage to building.
