This contract pertains to the procurement of 80 units of a fuel control tube assembly (NSN 2915-00-672-9571) under a firm fixed price arrangement. The contract specifies a delivery timeline of 90 days after order (ADO) to the Defense Logistics Agency’s Distribution Center in Tracy, California. Packaging and labeling must comply with MIL-STD-129 and ASTM D3951 standards, as well as DLA’s master technical and quality requirements, with palletization adhering to DLA packaging mandates. Inspection and acceptance of the items will occur at the destination, and there is no allowance for quantity variance.
