This contract is a solicitation for 630 feet of seamless, corrosion-resistant steel (S30400) metallic tubing, specifically designed for aerospace vehicle hydraulic systems. The tubing features a 5/16-inch outer diameter and a 0.028-inch wall thickness, provided in 12-foot random lengths in a 1/8 hard condition. The procurement is subject to full and open competition and must adhere to strict technical and quality requirements, including compliance with SAE AMS-T-6845 and specific metal certification data requirements. A critical environmental restriction prohibits the use or incorporation of Class I ozone-depleting chemicals in any delivered items.
