The contract is for the procurement of 2 boxes, totaling 2,000 units, of plastic sodium heparinized micro hematocrit capillary tubes with red tips, each box containing 10 vials of 100 tubes per vial. Packaging must comply with commercial standards and DLA Packaging Requirements for Procurement (RP001), with each unit sealed in a protective container and palletized as specified.
