Ozone-depleting chemicals are strictly prohibited, and any substitute chemicals require prior approval unless already authorized by specification. A Certificate of Quality Compliance (COQC) must be furnished for each manufacturing lot, prepared in accordance with the Supplemental Quality Assurance Provision, and submitted electronically via the iRAPT system as an attachment to the receiving report. The supplier must have the COQC available for government review at the source if inspected on-site, and the government may approve receipt through WAWF once documentation is properly uploaded.
