The requirement specifies adherence to several reference drawings, including 19207 12600099, 12600101, 12600098, 12600102, and 12600103. The contract mandates that manufacturers' inspection systems comply with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001, and inspection and acceptance will occur at the point of origin. Additionally, items produced via additive manufacturing are ineligible for award. The procurement incorporates strict quality and technical requirements from the DLA Master List, including prohibitions on Class I ozone-depleting chemicals and specific packaging standards per MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. Evaluation includes a price preference for HUBZone small business concerns, and invoicing must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
