The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved a Cannabis License submitted on 06/09/2026, by Armine Hovhannisyan. Armine Hovhannisyan applied for one Cannabis Retail License in an indoor building for the sale and distribution of cannabis goods. The Project consists of the replacement of an existing cannabis retail license, C11-0000906-LIC. The Project does not involve modifications or demolition.
