This purpose of this requirement is develop a quality Turbine Engine Monitoring System (TEMS) long-term study for the A-10 weapon system to include integration of the vibration system, new download device and interface possible to the TEMS interface box, and engine data repository system. The vibration system is the Portable balancing system (PBS-4100), the download device is the TF34 Common Engine Test Set (CETS), and the engine data system is the Common Engine Trending and Diagnostics System (CETADS). These pieces of support equipment will likely be supported to the Year 2028 and beyond (perhaps the Year 2040), for the A-10 weapon system. The main task of the Contractor shall be a long-term sustainment study of the support equipment to the TEMS/Airborne Data Recorder (ADR), which is a mission-critical system. This study is an effort to improve operational availability of the A-10 weapon system as well as to improve logistics response time for the TEMS/ADR.
