Solicitation # SPRTA1-26-R-0217
Solicitation SPRTA1-26-R-0217 is an Invitation for Bid issued by DLA Weapons Support at Oklahoma City for the procurement of 26 Tempera Transmitters (NSN 6685-01-560-2953), which are used to measure exhaust gas temperature. The requirement specifies manufacturer part numbers 1960M40P08 or 0704AP8. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses with a size standard of 1,500 employees, though a reduced standard of 500 employees applies to those not manufacturing the end item. While the primary quantity is 26 units, offerors must provide pricing for a range between 7 and 39 units. The response deadline has been extended multiple times and is currently set for November 30, 2026. The items are designated as Critical Safety Items, meaning direct part marking is prohibited and the bag/tag method is the only authorized marking process per MIL-STD-130. IUID is required, and contractors must adhere to high-level quality standards including ISO 9001-2000, AS 9100, and NATO AQAP 2070. Award will be determined using the Best Value Process, Performance Price Tradeoff, where technical acceptability and small business participation are prerequisites, and cost is weighted approximately equal to past performance. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the origin, and the final delivery destination is the DLA Distribution Depot at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.
