To construct a new concrete turnout structure along the bank of the Friant-Kern Canal (FKC) that would divert and deliver water from the FKC into Dry Creek via a 72-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipeline installed underground connected to a new concrete outlet structure with rip rap located on the bank of Dry Creek. To excavate and construct an open channel lined with rip rap to convey water flow to Dry Creek. This permit supplements and where in conflict supersedes the conditions in Permit No. 20050 that was issued to same permittee with the same project description.
