All bids must be submitted electronically via the PennBid platform by July 1, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., with public announcement of bid results the same day during the Township Supervisors Regular Meeting. While the solicitation adopts local municipal procurement practices and does not utilize formal federal FAR clauses, it incorporates standard bonding, labor compliance, and public works requirements. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on sealed bids. No designated key personnel or special clause alternates are included, and bids must remain valid for 60 days post-opening.
