Two (2) Year Contract to Supply Sewer Cleaner Hoses and Related Items on an as Needed Basis for the Jefferson Parish Department of PW

The Jefferson Parish Purchasing Department is soliciting bids under solicitation number JPP-BidEvent#324 for a two year contract to supply sewer cleaner hoses and related items on an as needed basis. These supplies will support all divisions of sewerage and water within the Jefferson Parish Department of Public Works in Louisiana. The procurement strongly encourages participation from small, minority, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Bridge Supplier Portal or the official Jefferson Parish supplier website by 2:00 p.m. on December 1, 2026. A public bid opening will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the West Bank Purchasing Department in Gretna, Louisiana. When required by specifications, vendors must provide an electronic surety bid bond amounting to 5 percent of the total bid; scanned paper copies of bid bonds will not be accepted.
