NOTICE TO BIDDERS The City of Geneva (Owner) is requesting Bids for 2 separate construction projects located at the City WWTP at 45 Doran Avenue in Geneva. In accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, sealed Bids for the construction of the Projects will be received at the City Clerk’s office, located at 47 Castle Street, Geneva, NY 14456, until June 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Project #1 includes the following Work: A comprehensive upgrade of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Autothermal Aerobic Thermophilic Digestion (ATAD) process, including changes to buildings, processes, and equipment. Separate sealed Bids should be labeled as follows for Project #1: Contract #1: General Construction - ATAD Contract #2: Electrical Construction – ATAD Contract #3: HVAC Construction – ATAD Contract #4: Plumbing Construction – ATAD Project #2 includes the following Work: Improvements to an existing bolted steel tank including replacement of the existing domed roof with a new one, modification of several bolted steel side panels, replacement of the existing ladder and safety cage with new ones, and other work. A single sealed bid for all work associated with Project #2 should be labelled as follows: Contract #1: General Construction – Bolted Steel Tank Each project has an expected duration of 400 days.
