The purpose of this notice is to inform industry that USACE Rock Island District intend to post a solicitation for constrution work in accordance with the specification for flood repair at Two Rivers in Des Moines County, Iowa.


The work includes, but is not limited to creation of a seepage berm through the use of hydraulic dredging, placement of riprap along the river side of the levee, and removal and disposal of trees.


This requirement is a 100% small disable veteran owned small business (SDVOSB)


The Government estimated posting this action prior to the end of fiscal year 2026.
