The Thunderbird Challenge Program in Pryor, Oklahoma, is soliciting bids for Internet access and data transmission services under solicitation number 270000264, with a response deadline of September 3, 2026. Vendors must provide detailed pricing for incremental bandwidth speeds ranging from 500 Mbps up to 10 Gbps, with the intent to secure a service agreement that allows for future adjustments in capacity or service location to accommodate changes such as new sites, relocations, or capacity upgrades. All responses must include a valid Service Provider Identification Number and must be based on participation in the State of Oklahoma Statewide Contracts; bids not aligned with this requirement will be automatically disqualified. The school expects to utilize the Service Provider Invoice method for reimbursement and requires vendors unable to support this method to explicitly state their inability and provide justification. The contract term may be structured as either a multi-year agreement or a one-year contract with optional extensions, but it must include provisions for incremental bandwidth increases throughout its duration. Only responses submitted through the official state procurement channels will be accepted, and automated or spam submissions will be rejected. The primary point of contact for inquiries is Jeffrey Jackson, reachable via email or phone, and all service performance will occur within Pryor, Oklahoma, under the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma state procurement framework. Participation in the federal E-rate program through Form 470 is implied by reference and required for eligibility.
