Detection Sciences Testing and Applied Research (DSTAR)
Solicitation # W912BU26TDSTR
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is conducting market research and an Industry Day for the Detection Sciences Testing and Applied Research (DSTAR) Project in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Located within the federally secured FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center and the NJ Pinelands reserve, the project involves the design-build construction of a 40,000 square foot Detection Sciences Testing and Applied Research Center (DSTARC) and a 6,000 square foot Facility for Energetic Materials Research (FEMR). The estimated project magnitude is between 25 million and 75 million dollars, with an anticipated solicitation date in July 2027.
