The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. VA Greater Los Angeles Health Care System located at11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073 is seeking a contractor to provide expert(s) with experience consistent with academic faculty for education, supervision and evaluation in postgraduate medical training to coach up to 30 primary care providers in developing and implementing quality improvement projects to enhance care for older Veterans. Minimum Qualifications --- Experts providing this work must have a current appointment to provide post graduate medical training at an accredited institution, must have an added qualification in geriatrics or have met the requirements for this credential, must be currently credentialed as clinician practicing in field of gerontology and geriatrics, and must have experience and expertise in quality improvement and/or implementation science. If you are interested and are capable of providing the required service(s) please provide the following information.
