Full Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lee, VA, intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price bridge purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to NGain Corporation, 100 Gateway Center Parkway, Richmond, VA 23235-5174 for a P-100 Diesel Pump Interactive 3-D CD-ROM per the performance works statement. NGain Corporation is the proprietary rights holder for the software and license. This acquisition will be procured under 10.USC 2304(c) (2) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) PART 6.302-2. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES, PROPOSALS OR INVITATION FOR BIDS. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax or email requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data, sufficient to determine capability in providing the supplies and services identified herein. All capability statements received within 1 working day after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. THE APPLICABLE NAICS CODE IS 711510. ANY INTERESTED QUALIFIED AND REASONSIBLE BUSINESS OFFEROR THAT FEELS THEY CAN SATISFY THIS REQUIREMENT MUST IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST, EXPERIENCE, AND CAPABILITY TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENT submitted by email only as a MS Word or Adobe PDF attachment to contact@example.gov by 2:00 pm (EST) 28 September 2010.
