This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the procedures in FAR Part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The United States Coast Guard has a requirement for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and support of three advanced training devices:


• One (1) MH-60T Level 7 Flight Training Device (FTD)
• One (1) Hoist Mission Training System (HMTS)
• One (1) Portable Hoist Mission Training System (P-HMTS)


The Contractor will be responsible for the MH-60T Level 7 FTD and for managing the delivery and integration of the HMTS and P-HMTS. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of program management, device integration, delivery, installation, acceptance testing, documentation, training, and warranties (standard and or extended warranties).
