SILC BSS is organized into four functional branches: Emergency Services (handling environmental and emergency response contracting), Commercial Support Services (covering base operational support such as security, grounds, janitorial, and food services), Contracting Operations (managing purchasing, interagency agreements, simplified acquisitions under $250,000, and supply), and Base Support Contracting (focusing on procurement of non-routine supplies including navigational aids like buoys and lanterns).
