USCG, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) has a requirement for four (4) Sentinel Class MTU QL4 engine overhauls.  Overhauls will be done in accordance with (IAW) the provided USCG Statements of Work (SOW)/specification and techincal requirements provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Rolls-Royce Solutions America, Inc.  Acquisition was restricted to one source (specifically the OEM) due to requirements that the contractor be able to service OEM products, access proprietary OEM data and dynamometer test to full load IAW OEM run-in/acceptance test procedures.
