Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Barbados will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
The Embassy of the United States in Barbados requires Consular Audio System Replacement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
Pursuant to FAR 4.203-1(b), offerors are required to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.SAM.gov at the time an offer submission. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations. Offerors not complying with the solicitation instructions and requirements shall be deemed non-responsive to the solicitation instructions and requirements and no further consideration will be given.
