Full Description
The U.S. Embassy Caracas has a requirement to purchase Uniforms for Facilities Staff (FAC). Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 19VE3026Q0010 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2026-01 March 13, 2026.
New items ONLY, Items never used nor altered in any way.
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not commit the U.S. Government to make any award, and the U.S. Government may cancel this RFQ or any part of it.
Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The Government will evaluate complete bids first. If no complete, technically acceptable bids are received, the Government reserves the right to evaluate partial bids and make award on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable line-item basis.
System for Award Management (SAM) Registration: In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.204-13, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), https://www.sam.gov, at the time of offer submission and at the time of contract award. Offerors shall provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and, if awarded a contract, maintain an active SAM registration with current and accurate information throughout contract performance and through final payment.
