Full Description

The Army Contracting Command/ National Capital Region (ACC/NCR) on behalf of the Office of the Judge Advocate General (OTJAG), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1)-FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(b)- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Mr. Joshua Karton, to provide two five-day courses designed to challenge participants to improve their advocacy skills with a special emphasis on Offender Focused Sexual Assault Prosecution and Domestic Violence Prosecution. NAICS Code:541199/Size Standard $10M. The classes will be offered on the following dates: 14-19 July 2013 and 9-16 September 2013. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
