NAVSUP FLCN Pentagon Directorate Philadelphia Office Contracting Department located at 700 Robbins Ave Bldg. 2B Philadelphia, PA intends to procure services on a sole source basis with Olympia Productions LLC of Chandler, Arizona to provide the Naval Recruiting Command (NRC) an opportunity to participate in Olympia Productions sponsored events. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 5.2, using Simplified Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services at FAR Part 12. As stated previously, the government intends to solicit this acquisition on a sole source basis to Olympia Productions. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is the only RFQ for this requirement, it includes all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated task order. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at the addresses listed in the attachment labeled Clause Address. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Size Standard is $15M. The anticipated contract type is a firm fixed price for participation in the Olympia Productions Fitness and Performance Weekend. The Olympia audience is the single most concentrated gathering of individuals who embody peak physical fitness and mental discipline. For recruiting into physically demanding and elite communities like Navy SEALs, SWCC, EOD, and Rescue Swimmers. Interested parties may submit a response to this posting.
