NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Pentagon Directorate located at 700 Robbins Ave Bldg. 2B Philadelphia, PA intends to procure services on a sole source basis with PlayFly LLC of Berwyn, Pennsylvania to provide the Naval Recruiting Command (NRC) an opportunity to participate in PlayFly LLC AIA sponsored events. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 5.2, and using Simplified Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services at FAR Part 12. As stated previously, the government intends to solicit this acquisition on a sole source basis to PlayFly LLC. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is the only RFQ for this requirement, it includes all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated task order. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
