The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, acting on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office, is soliciting REMUS 300 diagnostics and on-site repair instruction support services. This is a sole-source procurement intended for Huntington Ingalls Incorporated under a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. The agreement features a three-year ordering period from November 15, 2026, through November 14, 2029, with a minimum order value of 96,034.00 USD and a maximum of 296,831.48 USD, including a not-to-exceed travel limit of 46,363.50 USD. The scope of work includes the delivery of a 5-day Field Maintenance Training course and a 10-day Operations and Maintenance Training course, with tailored curricula due thirty days after award. Performance will take place at NAVO CEANO, and inspection and acceptance will be conducted at the Naval Oceanographic Office in Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. Due to the nature of the work, contract personnel must possess a DCSA-issued Top Secret/SCI clearance to handle classified information and Confidential Unclassified Information. Award is based on the initial quote provided the price is determined to be fair and reasonable, as non-price factors will not be evaluated for this sole-source action. The contractor is required to use the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing and must adhere to strict quality control standards, including a 100 percent accuracy rate for completed actions. All services must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and manufacturer recommendations.
