Special Notice Special Notice Page 2 of 2 Special Notice *= Required Field Special Notice Page 1 of 2 DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Outreach, Transition, and Economic Development (OTED) located at 1800 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20006 requires a contract for All Access Pass Online Training services and intends to accomplish a non-competitive award for the required service with Franklin Covey Center located at 2200 West Parkway Blvd, Salt Lake Utah, 84119. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. The contractor shall provide specialized training for Outreach, Transition, and Economic Development Office (OTED) staff and managers. The training shall include online training specific and unique, encompass industry-standard information on Leadership, Operations, and Employees related disciplines, along with tools, techniques, and ideas that can be implemented successfully to improve VBA operations.The period of performance is anticipated to be from August 31, 2021 through August 30, 2022. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the specialized training beginning August 31, 2021. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM), prospective contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. SAM registration is required under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov.
