HOTEL LODGING AND CONFERENCE SERVICES THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The Program Contracting Activity Central, St. Louis (PCAC) is in the process of determining the Hotels interested and capable of providing Lodging and Related Services in Portland (Oregon), or San Francisco (CA). THIRD-PARTY HOTEL AGENTS RESPONSES ARE ACCEPTABLE. This is a sources sought notice and request for information (RFI). This is not a formal solicitation. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately later. Please note that the number used for this Sources Sought is different from the one that will be used in the pre-solicitation notice. Information provided to the Government because of this posting is strictly voluntary, given with no expectation of compensation, and clearly provided at no cost to the Government. The purpose of this RFI is to identify Hotels or Event Locations, capable of and interested in supplying Lodging and Related Services listed in the SOW. The summary of the requirement is as follows: 1. The requirement consists of providing all required for Lodging, Conference Rooms, and Related Conference Room Equipment for 2500 attendees. 2. Estimated Period of Performance: The conference dates are June 11-13, 2023. However, short-term lodging will be required from June 07-14, 2024. If these specific dates are unavailable, we will consider other dates in June or July. Please see Attachment 1 - Draft SOW. 3. When you respond. Please complete Attachment 2. 4.
