Solicitation # 36C25927Q0008
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 19 intends to award a noncompetitive, sole-source contract to R.L. Armacost, Inc. for the inspection, maintenance, upgrades, and repair of TRANE Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC controls at the Sheridan VA Healthcare System in Sheridan, Wyoming. The scope of work involves the proprietary TRANE Tracer Summit and Tracer SC platforms, which manage approximately 49 air handling units and 22 chillers. Required services include preventive maintenance, software support, emergency repairs, and the replacement of legacy LonTalk/pneumatic controls with Direct Digital Control (DDC).
