The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to solicit a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the authorized vendors identified by the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI): https://www.fai.gov/certification/fac-c/contracting-fac/fac-c-digital-services https://techfarhub.usds.gov/get-started/ditap/
This service will support the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy (VAAA) in obtaining training for the Federal Acquisition Certification Core-Plus Digital Services (FAC-C-DS), Digital IT Acquisition Program (DITAP). Scope: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and other incidentals necessary to develop and provide instructor-guided education in the area of FAC-C-Digital Services, Digital IT Acquisition Program (DITAP), as described, focused on enhancing the skills and understanding of a diverse acquisition workforce. The training program curriculum shall be validated by OFPP and the U.S. Digital Service. This proposed BPA is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with the authorized vendors FAI has identified. This is a "Notice of Intent" and not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties that feel they can provide the services may respond to the point of contact listed in this notice no later than 1:00 PM ET on September 23, 2026.
